Default Haas TM-1 coolant relay issue

I need a little help troubleshooting a problem before I spend a bunch of money bringing out a Haas tech to tell me I have to buy a really expensive part.

The issue I am having is that the coolant is not working. I am using a flood coolant with a little giant pump and one side of the 220v relay header feeding the outlet.

When the coolant button M08 is pushed or called the pump will not turn on. I checked the pump and the spare pump and they both work. If I plug a fan or light bulb into the outlet and turn the coolant button on the fan and light bulb will turn on.

At this point, I'm unsure of where to go.

Has anyone experienced this issue, what did you do to fix it?

    This problem is solved.
The Little Giant pump has too much inductance for using just one side of the 220v SSR (solid state relay). Wired up a outlet to the other side and plugged in a 60w incandescent clip light (phantom load). Pump now works just fined when commanded too.
