320V POWER SUPPLY ALARM HASS d

hi, I have a lathe HAAS TL-1 and today there is a power supply error of 320V, on the power screen is (d). What is wrong, I dont have schematics for this machine.I check power resistor is 11,5ohm. And i was check a power module in power supply is not short. What i can check yet? please help me.
