I called Daniel there and he asked me to Disconnect the Drives and then try again. He said it may be a fault in another drive causing this issue. Also that a faulty spindle drive cause do this too.

I will check it out and see what happens.

We are in Cambridge at least 2-3 times a month so it's in the area.

Hey Jim, I took the Drive over to Daniel at Servotech last Saturday. He had it ready to go on Wednesday!

Really nice guy and he said he went over the whole unit so it there is any issues with any other part of it his warranty will cover it.

Put the drive back in same day and machine fired right up!

Highly recommend!!
