    So many people got wrapped up in medical/enviromental issues, I think they forgot the question. When we machined this, we just used the same speeds and feeds as we do for cast iron (using carbide end mills) So I imagine the same principles apply for turning it. Yes, don't inhale the dust, but no drastic measures need to be taken unless machining alot of it. (You think the medical/enviromental stuff is bad, wait till you get the price for this stuff... NOT CHEAP!) HAHA Good luck!
