I am trying thread milling operation in Hass controller machine. I checked all the parameters same as fanuc but my tool is broken on its first cycle two times.

Any one suggest is there is unit mode setting in this controller?

There should not be any Parameters to change in the control, it's more likely the program is in correct

What type of thread mill are you using, I have never had a problem with thread milling on our Haas machines, control is standard with factory set Parameters.
