Getting an A axis fault on a '99 VF-5. Tried swapping A and Z axis servo drives, still alarms A axis fault with either drive. This happens towards the end of the program after running all axis fine for a while.

DC bus measures at 324-335V without any major moves during the entire run but error happens every time. Measuring with a DMM so not sure if its fast enough to catch a dip or spike.

What makes me suspect vector drive: running the same program 10 times with the spindle off works fine, with spindle on it errors out every time.

Maybe voltage divider is sending mocon wrong voltage, doesnt seem to be capacitors as I think that would drop the dc bus voltage.

Anyone have an idea what to try or measure next? Thanks.
Just looking for some hope before breaking out a blunt instrument (wallet)
