turret alarm issues.

One of my Haas st/25y lathes was crashed recently and we have been getting an alarm randomly. It is 9.108 TT (tool turret) axis servo overload. it happens during a cut, after the cut and while it is sitting there idol doing nothing. Any ideas on where to start? Could the servo motor been damaged when it crashed?

I thought a 108 alarm is due to an x-axis overload.

The first number denotes what servo motor it is. In this case the 9 in the 9.108 denotes it a tool turret issues and the 108 part is a servo overload.
