Started machine this morning and went right to 9955, 1.9911, 3.9911, 4.9911, and 9.9911. It is hooked up to single ph and we've owned it since new(3yrs). Looking through troubleshooting and started that. Found power supply with low DC voltage around 164VDC, Supply is 242VAC.
Also the fault light was lit.
We turned off machine a second time and now everything is running with no faults. Voltage at power supply is 346VDC.
Wondering if we should be looking at a rebuild on power supply in the future or possible in-line voltage was off when we first started it this morning.
On a positive note we're moving into a shop with 3ph.
