HL-1 Spindle drive fault 123 / Overheat NEED HELP

Hello !
We are having issues with our HL-1 / 1998

We bought machine in august this year. We have not done a single good part on it, we solved multiple errors on the machine. since that, and the last and most important is left.

At the moment we have two errors on the machine:
->
Spindle motor overheat 254 (fan is working, motor cold), when we clear this error via parameter 274:14 next issue happens -> when we run a programm, and rpm are dropped fast Spindle drive fault 123 appears and spindle spins freely. (fans work)

FYI, problem was fixed.

1) We sent Vector To germany, for refurbishment. 1200eur
2) faulty WYE / DELTA unit
