We have a Haas SL30T machine that we put a used Servo bar 300 bar feeder onto. We are having all sorts of issues with inconsistent push lengths from the feeder. One part will be fine, next part .100 long, next part good, next part to short. We have now resorted to facing off every part just to try to get correct length of parts. We went into the parameters and slowed down the pusher so it doesn't over push the stock. That didn't seem to help. We added a longer delay of the push rod against the stock as the chuck closes, that didn't seem to help. This is a 2008 model of bar feeder. I tried to find out how accurate it was but according to Haas on the older bar feeders they don't have any info. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what to try next?

Thanks
Andy
