That is very nice looking.
Did you drill the holes with a router bit? Or would it be better to use a brad point drill bit with lower RPMs? Your holes appear very clean straight off the machine. I would have expected a bit of chipping that would clean up after sanding.

used an 1/8 end mill for the drilling 19k speed
