Hello,
Would somebody be able to help me by providing me with a copy of a Haas SL40 lathe post for gibbs. I currently have a fanuc post for our mori seiki's which have live tooling but it does not work well with the haas since the live tooling is programmed differently. I'm having some issues with using the g112 option. I have a PH Horn chamfering tool that i'm using to interpolate around the front and back side of the drilled hole on the part. With a fanuc controller this process can be copied hole to hole using the same liner movements but on a haas you have to program it like a mill and use Y instead of C, that being said this has been a huge headache trying to figure out how to get this program to work and the only solution i can think of is possibly finding a post that will generate the correct g-code since my milling knowledge is next to nothing. It would be very much appreciated!!
