Need Hellp with Okuma And Gibbscam(Load monittor)

hello, need help, our lathe is okuma and we creating programs with gibbscam. But we have problem, he doesn't want create load monitor( I mean VLMON[..]). Only on some tools. Maybe it is post processor problem, or not? Thanks.
