Gerber Sabre techs in Los Angeles?
Hi,
I'm an extreme day one newbie in the cnc world. I wanted to take the plunge and got a Gerber Sabre 408 at an auction. Without getting into the long drawn out frustrating saga that is trying to deal directly with Gerber, I'm looking for a company or individual that can come to my shop, take a look at my machine, and get us up and running. Gerber has had me get all new boards everywhere and it still just turns on and beeps. I've called several places but none of them are familiar with this machine. Would like to get it running or get it sold. Would really love to push it off my loading dock. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm going through a bit of the same thing on my end. I've got a Gerber Sabre 404, but it's doing a few things beyond beeping. Just not cutting wood like I'd like it to.
What does it do when you start it up? Does your input keyboard show/do anything?
