    Default Full Panel Dust Extraction

I have been doing a lot of cabinet panels cuts on a CNC with a vacuum. Most cuts are with a 3/8 compression bit doing full passes in 3/4 plywood. For my dust collection, I have to cut the port by about 1/2 or it is too strong and will suck the bristles inside.

Cleaning up the bed between passes is still fairly time consuming as there is just too much to blow off with an air hose. Just trying to gauge whether cleaning up a lot between sheet is typical or if there is something wrong in my setup? Any tips / tricks?

If you've got vacuum pressure to spare in your dust collection system, why not position an air nozzle inside the dust bonnet to blast chips out of the groove?

Yea - I should have known that. Every time I have seen a nozzle setup, I just think misting coolant, but this makes just as much sense. Thanks!
