Default CNC with vacuum advice needed

    Hello,

I have a CNC machine with a vacuum table of 120x250cm. I use MDF 10mm or 15mm, when I surface the sheet to get a flat surface the MDF sheet curvas outwards. Is this normal? what am I doing wrong?

    Yes, it's normal.
    Surface both sides.

once you surface it a couple times it happens as well. I find that once it starts to curl on the corners surface it and then flip it over and use the other side and its good for a little while again. that's on a 4'x8' mdf sheet
