Flow Water Jet Error (Motor Fatal Following Error Shutdown + Amp Fault Shutdown)

Hey guys!

First post here but wasn't the first time the community helped me out so thanks for that!

I'm having some issues with my Flow Water Jet.

the X, Y, and Z axis are all not moving. I'm getting 2 errors;

-System : Motor Fatal Following. Error Shutdown (Variable P751=1)
-System : Amplifier Fault Shutdown (Variable P330=1)

I went through all the normal troubleshooting... checking connections, moving the machine by hand out of the limit boundaries, checking voltage going into the machine, ect.

Could use some help on what else I could do.

The servo Drive may have failed or check the servo motor Encoder and Cable
