TeenKing TKW Trump50-X1525 Water hammer in the system
Good day to all!
We have a machine for waterjet cutting. We bought it is not new.
When the hydraulics are working, a hydraulic shock occurs to the oil filter, and then to the radiator, due to which it constantly flows.
Please tell me what could be the problem?
Is this possible because we have the wrong solenoid valve with electromagnetic control ???
In our country, no one can help us with our problem.

1. The oil filter was replaced and tried without it.
2. I tried without a radiator.
3. The battery is charged. Tried to charge - 180bar and lower the problem does not go away.
4. The oil has been replaced with a new one. Viscosity 46.
The rest is just a valve distributor ..
Who faced such a problem? Perhaps someone has a similar system and can share a photo of their hydraulic distributor?

Check your accumulator. That is the tank shown on the left at 1:47 in the last video. I think it has lost its charge or the bladder is bad. It should be pressurized with nitrogen to about 1/2 the system operating pressure. I think that is in the circuit to keep it from ''hammering''.
Maybe you can get some local advice on this from a local hydraulic shop.
