    Default blockages

    hi all,

Having recently put in a .030" mixing tube for the job, it keeps on blocking up after about 30 seconds. the material is 1.25mm stainless steel. normally we use a .040" mixing tube which rarely has blockages apart from the standard, but with this .30" mixing tube we cannot even cut one part out.

    any ideas?

    thanks

Try running a less course garnet or slow down your abrasive feed rate.
