I am trying to see what are the steps to calibrate the A and B motors

Well, one more question, do you have spacer/ sleeve in your mixing tube assembly?

    Yea there’s a sleeve.
    So the way it is
Is basically a mixing tube then I put the sleeve then
I just insert the nut with the collect and make sure it’s all the way up
And just tighten the nut and that’s it.

Bare with I am new to this
    Thank you

    Perfect, same setup as mine.
First you will need dial indicator in good shape, more precise - better, with some way to mount it on a tank ( I use heavy piece of steel with adjustable magnetic base for indicator).
Home your Z,A,B, axis, remove splash shield and setup your mixing tube without a spacer (let it stick out). Set indicator on a bottom part of your mixing tube, 180° to axis of A or B motor.
Next, on your control set FlowCUT in "Run machine" mode, on a top bar pick "Setup"->"Dynamic Waterjet"->"Straightness adjustment":

    It will open new window:

Now, blue arrows next to "Height" will move your head up or down.
Set indicator for a "0" in a top head position, move a head down and input indicator readout for a bottom for a specific motor, apply.
Rinse an repeat until is straight, move to second motor (Let say you started with A, move to B).
After you set second one, come back and verify if first is still straight.
If not make correction and check second one again.
When you finished, click OK, head will home itself.
That is all. I hope that will solve your problem.

    Thank you
I shall try that out and hopefully that's the problem.

how often do you calibrate your tip?

is it everytime you change you tip?

    thank you

Well, if you are not sure about machine, yes you can do it every time you change mixing tube, but if machine is Ok, it will hold calibration, unless you crash your head.
In that situation, you'll have to check it, even if mixing tube survive (use brand new mixing tube for calibration).

Question you mentioned out of round .010, question is it the same when you aren't using the dynamic option....

Dynamic is for straightness of the material bevel.

Try running that same circle without dynamic, if you are still out you might be looking comping the screw resolution.

    The screw resolution ?
What do you mean by that and how do I do that?
Actually when I cut small holes is when you notice it more this hose look like lemons .

Forgot to mention is A axis left to right or front to back ? That's for when I line it up.
    Thank you

After you have loaded your drawing to be ran, you have the option you can turn dynamic on or off.....

Run your program both ways and check your results.

Also what's the thickness of material that you are cutting, Dynamic should not be used on thin material, the system tries to make to many adjustments far too quick.

Haven’t try not using the dynamic
    But I will that shot
