HELP FROM THE PROS

hello everyone. im looking for some help/opinions. i am sure it will vary.i work for a modular fabrication shop. Ive been a welder for 20 years but im fairly green with any cnc work. ive only been cutting on our MULTICAM 7000 for about a year now. basic training in autoCAD.
Company is looking at changing to newer updated software. currently using ENROUTE. they've asked me what to buy. im looking at VECTRIC/ ASPIRE, AUTODESK/FUSION 360, SOLIDWORK/SOLIDEDGE. Currently only doing 2d cutting but that could change on future projects. mostly cutting 3/4 ply, MDF, and laminated 3/4 form ply. Just downloaded demos of the 3 to try. any advice would be awesome.
