CALYPSO WaterJet System NC4 Console

Dear Frends,]
Does anyone know the CALYPSO NC4 Console.
We bought the used machine with this software.
Everything is working except the loding file to cut.
On the display there is the mesage
" Your computer is not supported
Contact dstributor for further information."

Can anyone help in this case ?
