Questions on Agiecut 120

Hello all,

We have Agiecut120. it was new in 1994, and we purchased it in 2006. We are just now seriously trying to get up ad running.

We already replaced many parts to get all the pumps up and running, it has the wire auto thread feature.

Question1....... How to set the bath tank level? when we fill the tank, it only fills about 1/4 (to the top of the work piece pedestal.
Question 2......We manually threaded the wire, did the wire cut, but when we try to auto re-thread, the centering jet fails to come on so the wire misses the bottom nozzle. What should we look for to make the water to turn on?

Another problem occurred yesterday one DA pump will no longer come on an SE3 keeps tripping. I believe SE3 must control this pump.

Hello ! I´m trying something similar .... A friend/colleague has a Stoped Agiecut 120 since christmas...
