error starting up a charmilles robofil 299

Hi everyone, i'm new in the forum. In my work there are two charmilles robofil 290. One is not working at all, the other one had received a lot of maintenance but its not starting on the main screen display three errors: b421, b586, b546. I only need to reload the software but it dont let me boot from the floopy or do nything else. Pleas anybody i run out of ideas.

We have the same type off machine and the same type off error, but we don´t know what do to. Can you please hel p us?
