Hello, I went through the process of removing a Kitagawa B-12 chuck, made a tool to remove the draw nut and after a lot of time, finally removed it. I went on to remove a B-210 and with the same style of tool and method used on the previous and when I went to loosen the draw nut, the tool rounded the edge of the 2 slots used to remove the draw nut and broken the tips of my tool. Now when I try using another manufactured tool, it just slips, breaks the tool tips and now the draw nut has almost no slots left. What am I supposed to do?

Please help
