Post Weird Mach3 behaviour when softlimits activated

    Hello,

I got this second had 6040 Chinese made CNC router that works reasonably well.
However on some designs the tool path followed when soflimits are activated is incorrect and it seems that the travel on direction is blocked despite the design being within the limits.
I initially thought is was Fusion360 so I logged and issue with them

There are a lot of pictures and info already posted including actual cuts

Later I discovered that the issue goes away if I turn off the soft limits.
Of course I tried this may times and of course I regenerated the toolpath. All the time it stops the full travel despite being far from the limits.

It happens one in about ten designs.
I also discovered that after starting the trouble designs in single line mode issuing a direct Y command does the trip with soft limits off but stops prematurely when the soft limits are on.
It's like the machine thinks the soft limit values are different from the actual values for some files.
    I'm running version R3.043.062 of Mach3.

If anybody have any insight into this or experienced a similar issue? Your thought will be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance,
    Adrian
