Hello ladies and gents. I spent 20 minutes trying to find the correct forum group to post this in and I think that this was the closest I could find. I was searching the web for a new Brass plate engraving machine while all the while I was thinking I should be able to create them with my CNC machine. Has anyone used there CNC machine to cut small brass plates/plaques for things like retirement boxes or picture frames. Seems like there has got to be some very fine criteria for being able to do it with an average, run of the mill CNC machine. I have an XZero rapter 24" x 28" bed that uses the Hitachi mv12c router. Shouldn't be a problem cutting brass, I would think, but wanted to reach out and see if anyone has done it and if there are any pointers that I should know. Thanks in advance. Stacey
