Default RichAuto handle not recognising file types

Hi all, this is my first post on the forum, I have had varied experience with CNC machines over the last 20 years, machining mainly plastic and timber, I have recently purchased a secondhand machine with a richAuto A11E controller, and whenever I try to load a program from my USB to the hand piece I get a "Unknown file type" error message, regardless of the file type I try to copy, I have output files with *.nc / *.cnc / *.pun / *.plt / *.g file types from my post processor (from DolphinCam) has any one out there had a similar expereince or have any advice as to how to rectify?

    Cheers

What is your postprocessor set to in DolphinCam?

If it is set to Mach-3 check if the following line is in your NC file header:

N110 (Disabled) (G91.1 IJ Incremental mode for arcs)

I have this commented out. (Note the parenthesis)

I use Mach-3 postprocessor with *.nc as my extension from SimplyCam and it works just fine.

Do you get the same if you copy the file to a USB stick and try running it from that?

Failing this, setup the header output back to a bare minimum and see what causes the A11 to reject it (Post a sample here and maybe we can have a look too).

    Cheers,
