Shoptask 17 20 quill travel
New to machining and have a dumb question.
On the shoptask 17 20 that I purchased the end mill doesn't travel down far enough to reach the vice.?
It travels about 3" and the knurled stop nut has approx 2" before it will hit the stop. Do I need a taller vice? Or is there a collet extension that will get the end mill to the work?
Am I missing something.
