NVUM plugin help?

Could someone please help. I have a Novusun NVUM version 2 controller. I have tried downloading the NVUM version 3.0b plugin from the website but seems to be corrupt and I cannot get it to un-zip. Anyone have a copy of this file or know where I can get it?? Much appreciated.
