Is something wrong with CNC Zone Forum?

I don't know where to look and who to ask, but since a few days I can't get the forum shown properly on my Samsung S5 phone. The web page always shows in some primitive text form and it is impossible to do anything about it, regardless if I chose mobile or web view options. This is happening ONLY with CNC Zone, I have no problems with any other web page or other forum. So, what is changed a few days ago, what happened and how can it be solved? Any ideas are welcome. Is this only happening to me or is this a real problem?

BTW, the page is also loading pretty slow on every computer I am using, and all those have different high speed internet access, so the problem is definitely not on this side regarding the speed of page loading.

It's not slow for me at all. It might be something to do with your location.

The site was down most of Sunday, though.

After posting, I realized that it has been a little slow when posting, but only when posting. Maybe for the last few days?

Thank you Gerry for the answer. No, I really don't think it is my location, as I said, I tested from several locations and it is only CNC Zone which is slower than before, and only CNC Zone which stopped working and is not showing right in my phone, also regardless if I am connected through high speed wifi or through the 4G net provided by my phone line supplier company. So something is definitely weird.
