hhc computer 501 laguna not working

I need some help. I have a laguna d series 4 x 8 3 hp water cooled hhc 501 which i down load program by flash drive. I was going to cut out a stool leg. The leg is 2.5 inch high. I touch off on top. I cannot get the spindle to move. it will not go home or move in any direction. I cannot pull up the program on flash drive. How do unlock the machine can't get any button to work. I tried cutting power on and off this does not work. need help please

The program was draw on aspire. it was downloaded to me. it originated in Canada. I am using V CARVE PRO TO CUT OUT. COULD THIS BE PART OF MY PROBLEM
