Moved my laser and i cant get it to cut.

I have a morn l1490-d i moved it form ventura to Port orchard where i live now. And it seems to be shorting or something like that. When you try to use the laser it makes a poping noise and the display flashed and reverted to Chinese. The red wire on tube 1 is burned and the point it connects to the head.
