Hello guys!

I'm a university student and I'm trying to do a Haas program simulation for a mill and a lathe, but with only the panel. So I can not zero the axis directly.
The problem is that I can not make a simulation at all. To the lathe it doesn't even start and to the mill it says no zero x. So I imagine that the problem in both of them are the positions of the imaginary tools. My milling project is 30x70x24 in millimeters always of course and the lathe project is 110x50.
The offsets and positions of my milling as they were written and should probably be changed are:
Offset Tool 1-2-3 Length: -381 / -57 / -57 with Diameter Geometry: 50 / 5 / 6 (The diameter I put it myself so I know its right, but the length, what should I put to zero the part?)
Work Zero offset: G54 X-304,800 Y-203,200 Z0.
Position: Operator and Machine X0 Y0 Z0 - Work G54 X 304,800 Y203,200 Z0

My tools 1.Milling Cutter for face milling of 50mm and height of tool 40, 2.end mill Diam.5, height 57, and 3. a 90 degrees Diam.6 and 57 height.

Lathe

Tools: 1. for phasing out radius 0,794 / 2. finishing radius 0,397 / 3.threading radius 0,8 / 4. a cutter for grooving 4mm width

Tool Geometry like it was already written: 1/2/3/4 for x - 203,200 z-126,998 (but I made the radius like above)
Work Zero Offset: G54 X0. Z126,997 B0.
Tool Wear: all in zero
Position:Operator X-154,099 Z-79,983 B0 Machine all 0 and Work X0, -126,997 B0. Anyway they are not too valid cause I experimented with them.

What do you think I should make with them and alter them so the simulation ti run right???

Thank you!
