Renishaw Cyclone Series 2
Hello all ,
I am tinkering with the notion of selling my Cyclone Scanner.
The machine is in great shape and working order. And will come along with
a considerable amount of probe tip and extras. My current hang up
and reason I haven't listed yet , Is the fact the I am missing the
communication card for a pc , which as you all know allows the
software to run the scanner. I have the software , but cannot find
a card anywhere. So if anyone has the card or info please get in touch.

That is a nice piece of equipment, but without the card it is a really expensive paperweight. A quick search turned up nothing, and it seems that Renishaw is no longer offering any support on that machine.
It would be a fun project to replace the controls, write new software, and make it work better than new. It would make a great dual use machine for both for reverse engineering and as a CMM. If I needed another project I might make an offer, but I don't need another project right now.

The card is critical. I have contacted Renishaw , no dice.
