    What were you doing prior to the alarm being triggered?

    I thought it sounded familiar. It's been about 7 years since I ran a 245, but I believe it was often debri in the mechanism that drives the auto-index station. My first port of call in attempting to address it would be to perform a thorough clean of slugs from under the turret, and clean the drive component that shoots out to engage the index mechanism. I could be wrong, it has been a long time, but before you mentioned index I had a hunch it might be that. I seem to remember a possible jam in the index gearing on the turret itself too. Good luck

    Dear Blackened;
    Bravo ! Excellent! You hit the bull's-eye ! Thanks a lot . It was it, we cleaned all parts regarding the turret and index relevant parts and now it is OK . Thank you again for your very kind and helpful comment . You seems to be very experienced in this regard . Good Luck .

    Hello Blackened , I just bought a used Aries 245 , I'm having a couple of issues , and since you know this machine I'm hoping you might help me. .. first , I have to codes on theachine , 700 , the emergency button , and 530 dpr not ready .

    The second issue is the hydraulics light is on , and the gauge show very little pressure .

    Hoping to get some answers .
    Regards.
