Hi, Mazatrol M32A System error and No screen Display

Hi,

If any one Have similar type of problems faced , please give me the solution.

I have Mazak H400N HMC with Mazatrol M32A control. It was power on condition and suddenly there are red LED is glowing in the following cards.

1. 0712 card - 1st Led - Red Not glowing
2nd Led - Green Not Glowing
3rd Led - Green Flickering

2. MC161 card
D AL- Red Glowing
LED1 - Red Glowing
LED2 - Green Glowing
LED3 - Green Glowing
W Dog - Not Glowing
DWD - Red Glowing
3. MC126 Card

LED1 - Red Glowing
LED2 - Green Glowing
LED3 - Green Glowing
Wdog- RED not glowing
PER - RED not Glowing

And all the IO cards like 303 no RED lights.

I tried Initialization procedure but nothing change in 161 and 126 cards

Can any one help regarding this issue.

In power off mode dip switches 1,3,5 switched on in 161 card and 7,8 dip switches on in 126 card.
Then NC power on but ram is not getting clear since in 161 cardgreen lights are no change.
Apart from this we have LED 3 is on in 446 card

Hi Yerva

Please try by turning on switches 1 & 3 of MC161 and 7 & 8 of MC126. After power on, please check if the LED turn off and on.

Also please confirm the LED status on drive unit.

We have tried the re initialisation procedure by selecting dip switches, but there is no change in MC161 card LED's

Can you tell any other method we need to follow.

Hello I have a similiar problem.

I work with a Mazak YMS-30 machining center with the following problems.

- There is no signal to the screen, it is on but black.
- Some alarm LEDs are registered in the numerical control module and in the MC221A board of the Mazatrol M-32 panel
- I detail states of leds:
