    Default Chiron fz08 toolchanger rebuilds?

    Hi all,

I've been trying to get my toolchangers for my Chiron fz08 w up and running, but most of them are acting sluggish or not even moving at all. I've looked at buying a replacement, but the only place I've found them is brand new from Chiron (they're also really expensive). Is there a rebuild kit I can buy or another way to fix them?

    Is this the basket style?

Check for bent arms. Lubricate the joints. They get gummy with certain coolants. Also, check the air pressure. They need a lot. Disconnect the actualtor from the arms and see if they are mechanically 'sluggish' or if the actuator is sluggish.

I'm in the process of rebuilding one and if I give up and decide to scrap it let me know if you're interested in parts.
