need help with OSAI on brembana spyder

hi to all
not sure which forum i must use, maybe admin move this in right place

my client have "brembana spyder" machine and it's broke down: process of OS loading stops with message "system anomaly. task 5071, err 0010h, control 360, status f8a2" and reboots
inside machine contains OSAI 8505, without any documentation
official service of brembana can't help, they wants me to get to italy with whole OSAI without any warranty

i think there is a problem with flash IDE disk drive
i buy new flash drive, clone system with acronis, but with no result, system hold on early stages without any messages

maybe anyone have the same machine and pleaseplease send me image of the system?
