Default Burny 5 Controller - Plasma cutter

We are using a Burny 5 controller on or plasma table. Loading and running the program is fine untill it promps you to press go for cutting.
Then under the status line you get " wait-inhibit " with nothing happening. Please help with advise how to remove/correct this message.

On a "normal" Burny 5 there is a input signal at 32 recp pin 11 and pin 24 that when high causes the machine to inhibit all movements.
Could be used on your machine to indicate that the torch is not in the top position, connected to the torch breakaway or any of many other causes.
    Try following the cable.

On a Burny 5 without the 32recp on the back you must look into the drawings of the machine.

    Hello
The input, pin 11 and 24 is inside the Burny connected to a optocoupler through a resistor.
When the voltage between pin 11 and 24 is more than 24/110/230 V ac/dc the CNC inhibits all movements.

To test if it is this signal that causes your problem and not some internal hardware malfunction in the Buerny, you could try to cut one of the wires but be ready to to hit the emergency button.
