Fanuc 3t: I need help, I need parameter manual and procedure

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, I hope someone can help me. We had an Old TAKAMATSU with FANUC 3T machine in our workshop.
The problem is during boot-up, The message pop-up " sub memory not initialize" and afterwards Not ready message is blinking.
I suspected the parameter is wipe out. Please somebody can help me?.

Do you have a print out of the original parameters, usually you see asterisks on the screen if the para are missing.

Hi Al,

I have a machine parameter print out, just recently found it in old file storage, But not sure if this is the correct one.
I manually inputted to the machine, and I already re-initialize the sub memory. Only alarm now is "NOT READY".
I cannot trace the Emergency signal because there is no Electrical Diagram. My number 1 problem now is how to obtain the machine Electrical Diagram.
Anyway, thanks for the advice. I will try to get back to machine Supplier.

I have a Takisawa 10T with Fanuc System 3T Model F.
On start up after a while We get Sub Memory Not Initialized. Then Not Ready
I removed the back up batteries once m/c powered up cleaned the contacts and fitted new batteries.
How do we get the sub memory initialized
