Mitutoyo Millstar 2 help

I have a Millstar 2 controller that keeps giving me "Alarm 109 Memory Module has been reset too many times" It'sa n old unit but works well except for this problem.
If I shut it down and restart it will go away for a while. Any fixes out there?

Reseat things?
Do you have any Mitutoyo Millstar 2 documentation you can send/share?
I just got a machine with a Millstar 2 control on it, but I have no docs at all, so am looking for whatever I can get.
