Looking for Machining Suggestion

I am looking to machine a 2m diameter ring at 6 mm thickness with thread like cut out on the internal surface of the ring. What are some of the methods available to create this part? The 3D PDF and the technical drawing are attached.

Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated!

Could be machined if the ring was held in a fixture, or you extruded the single profile then rolled it into the ring you wanted
