Default Cutting/forming tiny splines on aluminum

These will be for servo arms for an rc helicopter. I can buy them for 8 bucks each or so, but would like some custom ones if I can do it. It's about a 1/4 inch hole with 25 teeth in it. I have some extra servo gear sets at my disposal with the male spline on it. I'm wondering if I can somehow modify one of the male splines to cut or form the female spline in the servo arm. Maybe either a taper on the leading edge to help for forming when pressing in, or cut a counter sink shape into the end of it to make sharp teeth for cutting as i press it in. Either way I would bore the hole and form or cut the spline before milling it to prevent expanding as I press the male spline in, then machine afterwards. There is also a through hole for bolting the arm down so after pressing the male spline in, I can press it back out afterwards. Could either of these approaches work? How would you do it? I'll try to post a pic of one
