I am programming and operating an Amada LC-2415 A3 laser and we were having chill flow issues even after cleaning the strainers, changing the filters, and making sure water levels were correct. I pulled the panels off the laser cabinet to find a little Atsuyru Digital flow switch with a red alarm light. there is a little plastic impeller inside that was not spinning on its axel and has a hairline break in it (not large enough to make me this this was the issue. eventually i put the impeller back inside after cleaning it off and it spun fine. but now that i know that its cracked i would like to have a replacement for backup. After contacting Amada about this and them working on finding me a replacement for multiple days now it has come to my attention this may not be and easy find. not sure if i can just replace the impeller or if the whole switch will need to be replaced. the part number on the box is DFS-120FW. any information that anyone may have on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
