Best K40 settings for laser cutting Derlin sheets

I'm trying to cut sheets of Derlin that are about 1/16" thick. The problem is that the plastic clumps up on the cut edges and the sheet bends and warps during cutting.

What is the best percentage to run the laser tube on and at what speed for a "clean" cut without warping the plastic sheet? Is that even possible with Derlin at 1/16" thick?
