I just received my OMTECH DP0812-40BGE. I upgraded from a little NEJE Master 2. Basic question is ….
DOES ANYONE HAVE THEIR K40 SET UP ON A MOVING CART ?
I realize water, air, and exhaust connections. I have a 1-1/2 car garage that already has a large unmovable CNC.
Does a movable cart create other issues ?
I am in the same position as you. My Omtech arrives tomorrow. and I am standing in my garage scratching my head and pondering the feasibility of making a roller cart for the machine. I am thinking of making a cart with a power bar on it that I can plug into the wall to power everything when I need it. Then some sort of quick connection/disconnecting exhaust hose as well. The coolant and air assist will go on a shelf on the lower level of the cart so everything moves together. I need an bigger workspace...
