Ruida contorller(CNC) Data file with .bs extension

We have an CNC with Ruida Controller(RDC6332G-BS), that seem to work only with data files that have a .bs file extension, on my PC, i can't fount out any application that can open this data file. i tried with XnView but same thing.
also we try to control it from PC(From RDWorks) via USB cable after installing the USB driver, an error raised saying communcation error!
Is there any other file data format can work with?
