Red n Black Chinese 60W Laser - Laser function issue

I have just set up my used red and black 60W laser.
The person who owned this machine gave me a demonstration of function before taking possession then removing laser tube for transport.

The laser tube has been reinstalled, chiller set?, exhaust installed.
I have not tweaked the mirror alignment yet.

The problem... The pulse function works fine on low or high power but when I run a program I can see the laser tube firing but nothing comes thru the mirrors or lens or no marking.
I have placed paper in front of the mirrors and they mark with the pulse function but do not mark when job is running no matter the power setting.

make sure you have the power setting high enough to mark

I would check and question everything that was dissembled. Like the main power wire that is delicate at the connection.
Also ask questions of the previous owner.
