GCC Mercury III laser issue

Hello,

We have 2016 model 40 watts.

There was issue with x axis motor which we replaced . Now we are facing issue with head carriage movement it gets stuck in the center of the work space.


The laser is working on restricted area. we tried to reset factory settings / reinstalled the drivers, still the same problem.


Please help.
